Welcome to 2026 OC Fair & Event Center Livestock Department On-line entries. PLEASE PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING. If you use AOL, NETSCAPE, or FIRE FOX, minimize it and click to open Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser 5.0 or higher. Before proceeding with on-line entry, please visit our website at https://ocfair.com/oc-fair/competitions-contests/animals/ and download the 2026 Livestock Competition Guide for rules and regulations. Note that sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, so "save the cart" if you plan on leaving the computer for more than 20 minutes.
 
EVERYONE MUST REGISTER AS A NEW EXHIBITOR WHEN LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2026 AS INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS YEARS IS NOT SAVED.
 
When logging-in/registering for the first time, please do the following:
1) Click "Register"
2) Type in "First Name"
3) Type in "Last Name"
4) Click on "I am a new exhibitor"
You will need to create a password when registering for the first time this year. Remember your password as this will allow you access for future sessions. Once established, you are ready to create entries.  When entering information, please note that all fields with an asterisk (*) are required. Please follow the directions as they should help lead you through the process:
  • If a field/box does not apply to you, please type "NA".  
  • If information is pending, please type "PENDING".   
 
YOUTH EXHIBITORS:
  • Birth Date and Club/Chapter Name are REQUIRED for all entries. Once completed with the entry process please CHECK-OUT and print a copy of the Confirmation Receipt.
  • Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) (All Youth Exhibitors) - All Youth Show Exhibitors must complete the YQCA certification by May 30, 2025 for Market Shows and July 6, 2025 for Breeding Shows. Complete the in-person or online training, for more details and sign-ups visit www.yqcaprogram.org. NOTE: Exhibitors no longer are required to turn in the YQCA certificate. Certification will be verified by Livestock staff directly with the YQCA organization (see comp guide for more information).  
 
DEADLINES (Different deadlines for Market and Breeding Competitions)
  • Market Competitions deadline is Friday, May 29, 2026.
  • Breeding Competitions deadline is Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
  • Rabbit & Cavy Entry deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026.
 
PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: CONFIRMATION ENTRY RECEIPT / CODE OF CONDUCT
  • Market Exhibitors: Must sign and submit their Confirmation Entry Receipt/Code of Conduct. All paperwork must be received by Friday, June 12, 2026. Entries completed on-line are NOT valid until ALL paperwork is received by the Livestock office. It is preferred that all paperwork is submitted to your 4-H Leader or FFA Advisor and then your leader/advisor submit all paperwork for your group. Paperwork can be submitted the following ways:  
    • Scan signed paperwork and Email: livestock@ocfair.com (please put Subject: Entry Paperwork – ‘Exhibitor Name’)
    • Mail signed paperwork: Attn: Livestock, 88 Fair Dr., Costa Mesa, CA 92626
    • Drop-Off: Silo Office at Centennial Farm, 88 Fair Dr., Costa Mesa, CA 92626
  • Breeding Exhibitors: Print and retain your Confirmation Entry Receipt for your records. You will NOT need to submit any paperwork to the Livestock Office prior to your arrival, at the time of check-in you will sign a Confirmation Entry Receipt/Code of Conduct.
 
Entry fees MUST be paid on-line. No checks accepted.
  
Entries are NOT valid until all paperwork is received by the Livestock Department.
